The name 6 Star was inspired by Marsha’s husband, who served over 21 years in the Army and often said she was the highest-ranking person in his life. Resume reflects the product, and Strategy reflects the process. At 6 Star Resume Strategy, the focus is not just on writing a resume. It is about telling your story with purpose and direction.

Q: What is the difference between a Master Resume, a Targeted Resume, and a Tailored Resume??
A Master Resume includes all of your job duties, accomplishments, and relevant experience. It’s intentionally long and not meant for submitting with applications. Instead, it serves as your full career archive.
A Targeted Resume isn’t used to apply for jobs either. It highlights how your experience aligns with a specific career field or industry. If you’re not changing fields, you may not need this version.
A Tailored Resume is the one you use to apply for a specific job. It’s customized to match the job announcement, showing how your skills and experience fit that particular role.
Q: How do I purchase your services?
To begin, clients can contact 6 Star Resume Strategy at marshacleff@6starresume.com or 717-219-8036. The process starts with a brief conversation to discuss career goals and determine which service best fits the client’s needs. Following that discussion, an invoice will be provided. Once payment is received, the personalized resume strategy process will begin.
Q: How quickly will my resume be returned to me?
The goal is to deliver the first draft of your resume within three business days. Along with that draft, you will likely receive a brief questionnaire to provide additional details that can help strengthen your resume even further. Once your responses are returned, the resume will be updated and sent back for your review. At that point, you can either confirm that you are satisfied or request a follow-up conversation by phone or video to go over any final adjustments and make sure the resume feels right.
This collaborative approach is what sets 6 Star Resume Strategy apart. It is not about handing over a document and calling it complete. It is about working together to create a resume that reflects your experience and goals. The target is to have a resume you feel confident in within five business days. Satisfaction is always guaranteed; however, we can not guareentee an interview or job offer.
Q: Is this an AI generated resume?
At 6 Star Resume Strategy, every resume is created through a personalized, collaborative process. While AI tools may be used to support research or idea generation behind the scenes, your resume is never generated by a template or handed off to automation. Each document is built with intention, guided by real conversations and a deep understanding of your experience and goals. The focus is always on strategy, clarity, and telling your story in a way that feels authentic and aligns with what hiring managers are looking for.
Q: Will my resume pass through Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or will it be flagged as AI-generated?
Yes, your resume is built to pass through ATS without any issues. 6 Star Resume Strategy uses formatting and language that is both ATS-friendly and human-readable. While AI-generated resumes can sometimes raise red flags due to repetition or generic phrasing, these resumes are crafted with strategy, clarity, and originality.
